Ordering your beautiful wedding stationery is easy with ditsy chic! Just follow out simple 3 step process and you will be on your way to super stylish stationery that is sure to impress!

Once we have received your order, we will email you an invoice within 24 hours. We require a 50% deposit payment before we begin processing your order. Take a look at our fun and stylish wedding collection and choose your stationery items you need. With many of our designs you are welcome to personalise the design by choosing your own colours and wording. Please use our guides below for your reference.


You will then receive a set of proofs within 14 days via email. Please check the wording and layout of your design carefully and email through any amendments. Your order includes 2 sets of amends, thereafter you will be charged £15 per set.

For help and advice, please see our proofing checklist. If you are using our guest name printing service, please email your guests names (exactly as you want them displayed), complete with full address (if you choose to have envelopes printed too) in a word format on your final proof sign off. We cannot begin printing until we have this information.

 


We cannot take responsibility for proofing your stationery. Once proofs have been signed off you will bear the cost for reprinting. So here is a handy checklist:

*Does the proof include all the stationery items you've ordered?Is all the relevant information included in the text, and is the spelling & punctuation correct?

*Dates, names, professional titles, addresses, email & web addresses, and telephone numbers must be checked.

*Is the design as expected?

*Is there anything missing? If it's not on the proof, it won't be printed.

*Are all fonts correct and Is the text spaced properly, Does the text align as anticipated?

*If required is there space for your guests names to be written?

*Are the ink and colours correct, if necessary have pantone colours been referenced?

*Please check that abbreviations are not included in the copy and that all dates and addresses are spelled out in full.

 

SIT BACK & RELAX!!! We will send you an email to let you know when your  gorgeous order is ready and include a final invoice to pay before your wedding stationery is dispatched. Most of our items are sent by special next day delivery and we will provide you with tracking details.
